Description
A foot-tall perennial with narrow, strappy leaves and bright one-inch purple-blue flowers in winter and spring; dormant over the summer. It likes full sun and garden water. The plants stay low so keep them at the front of the border. Easy to grow, tolerates sand, clay, and seaside conditions.
